Interior Cabinet Cleaning

Appliance Interior Cleaning

Oven: interior, racks and accessible door glass as quoted; the appliance must be cool. Refrigerator: shelves, drawers and interior surfaces. Tell us if it contains food; removal and replacement must be included in the quote. Food is discarded only with your approval. Freezer cleaning is not currently offered. No appliance moving or dismantling.

Interior Windows and Blinds

Glass, interior frames, sills and accessible tracks are quoted by quantity and condition. Detailed blind cleaning is optional and depends on material. All work is limited to safe access using no more than two steps of a small step ladder.

Deep Clean

Maintenance cleaning is not a Deep Clean. We recommend one or two Deep Cleans per year, depending on your home’s condition. We confirm the scope, date and price before work.

Special-service price catalogs are valid for six months from their stated effective date. Your quote applies to the quantities, scope and condition described. If conditions differ at arrival, we discuss and obtain your approval before additional work. New catalog prices do not automatically change accepted quotes.
